Ingredients:

1 large carrot, shredded |
| |
1/8 head green cabbage, shredded |
| |
1/2 small red cabbage, shredded |
| |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
| |
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
| |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| |
2 tablespoons honey |
| |
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar |
|
| |
Directions:
Place all vegies in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat thoroughly.
Chill at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
